Order Fulfillment
Most Every USB orders ship directly from our production facility in Shenzhen, China, typically within 1–2 business days after production is completed and the order has been packaged and prepared for shipment.
Certain custom products, packaging, or special-order items may require additional processing time. Any applicable production or processing timelines will be communicated during the ordering process and referenced on your quote or invoice.
How Are Orders Shipped?
Every USB ships orders via FedEx International Priority to provide fast and reliable worldwide delivery.
For shipments to the United States, typical transit time is approximately 2–3 business days after the order ships.
Transit times are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays. International shipments are also subject to customs clearance. While most shipments clear customs without delay, customs inspections, additional documentation requests, or clearance delays can occasionally occur and are outside of Every USB's control.
At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Additional transit time may also be required for APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Costs – United States
For orders that include USB flash drives and are shipping within the United States, shipping is included in the quoted price.
Our pricing is designed to be all-inclusive and includes applicable import duties and taxes associated with bringing your order into the United States. Customers will not receive a separate charge from Every USB for standard shipping, duties, or import taxes.
The only exception is for packaging-only orders that do not include USB flash drives. Shipping charges will apply to packaging-only orders and will be shown separately on your quote or invoice.
International Shipping – Outside the United States
Every USB ships worldwide.
For orders that include USB flash drives and are shipping to destinations outside the United States, shipping costs are included in the quoted price unless otherwise specified.
International customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our pricing and, when applicable, will be billed to the recipient by the carrier, customs authority, or applicable government agency.
For packaging-only international orders that do not include USB flash drives, shipping charges will also apply and will be quoted separately.
Customs Clearance
Every USB works closely with FedEx to help ensure shipments move through the international shipping and customs process as efficiently as possible.
Occasionally, a shipment may be selected by customs authorities for inspection, additional documentation, or further review. These situations are determined by the applicable customs authority and are outside of Every USB's control.
If a customs-related delay occurs, our team will work with FedEx and provide any information requested from us to help move the shipment through the clearance process as quickly as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, FedEx tracking information will be sent directly from orders@everyusb.com so you can monitor your shipment from departure through final delivery.
